Our design process is strategically engineered to help you design and plan the perfect home renovation project. Let’s work together to make sure we’re bringing your vision to life in the best way possible!
Let’s get to know each other! Before diving into an extensive renovation project, it’s important to make sure we’re a good fit to work together.
We’ll start of with a meeting to discuss your project in detail and begin to understand your aesthetic preferences. Based on that meeting, we’ll create an initial design palette board and deliver a budgeted proposal for your consideration.
Once we’ve established that were the right fit for your project and have finalized the new layout for your space, we roll up our sleeves and get to work. This is where we create a shared Pinterest board that allows for detailed collaboration and helps us further define your likes and dislikes. Then, we tap into our network of suppliers and gather specific finishes that will truly complete your space.
Clear communication is vital to the success of any renovation project. We invest a lot of time and effort into planning your project and drafting a comprehensive proposal. This allows you to understand our process of design and construction, the products being used, and the specific finishes, leaving little room for costly miscommunications. Our unique planning process ensures that the image you have in mind is what’s being designed and built!
Decorating and staging your home will ensure that your newly renovated space feels completely balanced and unified. Many times, re-using your existing furniture and decor can work against this goal. That’s why we offer a comprehensive decor and staging service where we present a furniture and decor package (available for purchase) that fits your newly renovated space. Unlike HGTV, it doesn’t leave with us!
