Basement Renovation Services
There are many details that go into a successful basement renovation, but the most important are the ones that are unseen and can’t be fixed later on. One of the things we do is make sure that you do not have any moisture issues on your exterior walls. Concrete is porous, which means it intentionally soaks up moisture and water.
That’s why we make sure exterior walls are sealed with 2 coats of masonry paint applied with a commercial sprayer and that our walls are constructed with space between them to allow for airflow and eliminate as much standing moisture as possible. This has been the recommended approach from many mold remediation specialists and has become common practice for our company.
