We love unique challenges! We've built everything from a butcher block slide from a first floor to a basement and a completely hidden custom access door to a home theatre. To set up an efficient work environment that will protect your home and belongings, clearing out the space prior to the start date is a priority. We try to limit inconveniences as much as possible, but some are inevitable such as a dumpster in the driveway or drop cloths and zip walls. We'll be sure to let you know ahead of time what exactly you need to prepare for us to complete your specific project.
Upon approval of our formal proposal, we'll collect a deposit to order materials and secure a spot in our project calendar. We generally do mid-term installments and the remaining balance upon completion of the project. Change orders typically billed as they occur or at the next scheduled installment date to limit confusion and maximize efficiency.
There's a lot of detailed planning that goes into executing a successful home renovation project. Our availability can fluctuate throughout the year, but your formal proposal will have our next available time slot in it.
