Do you offer more services than the ones listed?

The services listed on our website are our core strengths. Depending on the scope and location we may be able to provide more services. Feel free to let us know what unique project you have in mind and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

How do I get a quote from you?

Use the contact form on our website to tell us about your project. We'll review your project details and schedule a follow-up meeting or phone call. If it looks like we're the right fit for the job, we'll schedule an on-site consultation and draft a formal proposal for your consideration.

Do you offer design assistance or consultation?

We absolutely do! We provide initial design consultations and comprehensive design analysis depending on your what you're looking for. We're here to help you navigate the design process, bring to ideas to life, and answer any questions you may have!

What if I have a more unique project in mind?

We love unique challenges! We've built everything from a butcher block slide from a first floor to a basement and a completely hidden custom access door to a home theatre. Unique and challenging is what excites and inspires us, so please feel free to contact us about any unique project you have in mind!

How should I be preparing for my project?

To set up an efficient work environment that will protect your home and belongings, clearing out the space prior to the start date is a priority. We try to limit inconveniences as much as possible, but some are inevitable such as a dumpster in the driveway or drop cloths and zip walls. We'll be sure to let you know ahead of time what exactly you need to prepare for us to complete your specific project.

How do payments work?

Upon approval of our formal proposal, we'll collect a deposit to order materials and secure a spot in our project calendar. We generally do mid-term installments and the remaining balance upon completion of the project. Change orders typically billed as they occur or at the next scheduled installment date to limit confusion and maximize efficiency.

When can you start my project?

There's a lot of detailed planning that goes into executing a successful home renovation project. Our availability can fluctuate throughout the year, but your formal proposal will have our next available time slot in it.

Is your company insured?

Yes! We're absolutely insured. We consider protecting the homeowner, the employees, and the business our most basic responsibility as a trusted contractor.
